Schedule A Pickup

Give us a call and we can discuss your specific drive and the steps needed to diagnose the problem and recover your data. We’ll also answer any questions you may have about the recovery process. Then we’ll schedule a hand pickup of your drive, usually the same day or next.

In-person pickups available only in the Cleveland and Akron, Ohio areas. Please call us if you’re unsure.

Begin Recovery Process

Your drive will generally be on our bench during business days within 12 to 24 hours and begin running tests and have an internal inspection as needed to diagnose the issues. We will call you with a status report after the diagnosis and let you know what we’ve found. A total, final and firm recovery cost will be reviewed with you for your approval as well as a time estimate. Once approved by you, your recovery process is under way. Your minimum diagnostics charge of $190 per drive is due then at this time. If you requested the rush project option, then the rush project fee would also be due.

Returning Your Device

As the recovery project is under way, we will keep you informed of its status during the process. We will also review some recovered files and folders with you when we are able. Once the recovery process has been completed, we will notify you immediately and give you a summary review. Then we can schedule with you the return of your drive. Final payment is due at this time.
